Site design, copy, and original visuals belong to Kodees Labs or their respective owners. You may not copy the site wholesale for competing commercial use without permission.

For client engagements, ownership of deliverables is defined in the applicable agreement. Our default commercial posture is that you own the work product delivered under that engagement, subject to any third-party licenses and the agreement’s terms.

Case studies, logos, and testimonials may be labeled confidential or placeholder until we have permission to publish. Do not treat labeled placeholders as verified client relationships or performance claims.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kodees Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or reliance on public marketing content alone. Engagement liability is governed by the signed agreement for that work.
